I was born and raised in the Philippines, but I followed my lifelong passion for painting and moved to Italy  - a country that continues to captivate me with its beauty. In 2015, I decided to pursue a rigorous training in classical painting techniques at the Florence Academy of Art (3 year diploma) and Charles Cecil studios in Florence. I also have an MA in Design from the University of Brighton and have taken workshops with leading plein air artists.

I practice  the “slow food” approach to painting - a total commitment to tradition and quality. I am committed to keeping the traditions of painting alive and passing them on to the next generation. I therefore also recently began teaching classical painting in Rome.
